Rep. Lance Gooden (R-TX) issued a demand for President Joe Biden to come clean on reported meetings between the administration and controversial Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ top prosecutor.
According to the letter obtained by Breitbart News, these face-to-face sit-downs came before Willis issued sweeping indictments of former President Donald Trump and 18 of his associates.
It is widely believed that the White House coordinated the series of legal challenges against the president’s chief rival. Gooden’s letter marks the first official inquiry into the suspected meetings.

The embattled Fulton County prosecutor reportedly had her alleged romantic partner meet with Biden administration officials. This bombshell exploded Monday with the filing from co-defendant Mike Roman, a GOP political operative.
He alleged Willis carried out an improper relationship with lead prosecutor Nathn Wade. Allegations were also presented that Wade had little to no prosecutorial experience despite being paid over $600,000 to lead the Georgia charge against Trump.
Most damaging is the accusation that Wade met twice with the administration, including once prior to the August charges being levied against the former president.
This, of course, would strongly indicate coordination from the Biden White House of the myriad of indictments against the 2024 Republican frontrunner.
The explosive filing included invoices from Wade’s law office to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. The first referred to an event on May 23, 2022 which was described as “Travel to Athens; Conf with White House Counsel.”
Wade charged Fulton County taxpayers $250 per hour for a $2,000 total.
A later invoice similarly was billed for an “Interview with DC/White House” on Nov. 18, 2022. This bill also added up to $2,000. The subjects of the meetings have not been revealed.
Trump supporters quickly noted the new evidence as confirmation of indictment strings being pulled by the Biden administration. MAGA Inc. spokesperson Karoline Leavitt told Fox News Digital that the revelations are “disturbing yet sadly unsurprising.”
Leavitt explained, “It has become increasingly clear that the Biden White House is directing these baseless, political prosecutions against President Trump because they know they cannot beat him fair and square at the ballot box.”
