A dispute over a missing ingredient in a chicken burrito bowl led to a shocking confrontation at a Chipotle restaurant in Washington, D.C., when a woman attacked an employee. The incident, which has since gone viral with millions of views on social media, shows the woman hurling a burrito bowl into the face of employee Roberto Hernandez after being told the refund request had to be made through UberEats.

The woman came to the store to demand a refund, but staff informed her that any refund would need to come from UberEats, as the restaurant could not process it.
