Hulk Hogan Rushes To Help 17-Year-Old In Car Wreck

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan recently helped a teenage driver out of a car wreck after witnessing a multi-car crash in Florida.

While driving alongside his wife, Sky Daily, in Clearwater, Florida, Hogan, whose real name is Terry Gene Bollea, witnessed the crash on a highway in Clearwater. The wrestling icon reportedly decided to exit his vehicle alongside his friend and help a 17-year-old teenager involved in the accident.

Hogan approached the 17-year-old female’s car, popped the airbag and unbuckled her seatbelt, allowing her to exit the wreck.

TMZ obtained photos of the crash, which showed the teenager’s car flipped upside down.
Hogan’s wife confirmed reports that her husband took action to help the teenage girl following the crash.

“Last night, after we left dinner in Tampa, we saw a car flip in front of us! I truly admire my husband @hulkhogan and our good buddy @jakerask for springing into action, puncturing the girls airbag, and getting her quickly out of the car,” Daily wrote.

“By all appearances, she was unscathed, just really rattled, which is an absolute miracle!” she continued.

A representative for Hogan, Linda Bose, released an email regarding the wrestling icon’s actions, saying, “It’s typical for Hulk, he has a big heart. He helps and treats people with the highest respect.”

TMZ’s report of the incident indicated that sources told the outlet that a card had swerved to try and reach an offramp the driver had missed. As a result, the car crashed into another vehicle, leading both to flip over and end up upside down.

Hogan’s life-saving actions come after the wrestling legend and his wife were baptized in December 2023 at the Indian Rocks Baptist Church in Largo, Florida.

“Total surrender and dedication to Jesus is the greatest day of my life. No worries, no hate, no judgment,” Hogan wrote, “only love!”

On social media, Hogan indicated he used a ballpoint pen from Indian Rocks Baptist Church to pop the airbags in the 17-year-old teenager’s vehicle.

Hogan has previously said that he accepted Jesus Christ as his lord and savior when he was around 14 years old.
