Trump attorney Alina Habba shared her thoughts on Judge Juan Merchan, who is overseeing the ‘hush-money’ trial against former President Donald Trump, and the testimony of porn star Stormy Daniels. In an interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters on “Primetime” Thursday, Habba described Judge Merchan as “commanding” and “outspoken.”
“You can tell that he has an opinion,” Habba said. “In front of the jury, do I think it’s appropriate? No.” Habba also discussed Daniels’ testimony with Fox News’ Sean Hannity earlier this week, stating, “When you have inconsistencies with any witness, it speaks volumes.”

She added, “When you pick people who aren’t credible, it speaks volumes.” Habba criticized the “salacious” information being presented to the jury, claiming that some of it was “frankly false.”
“We know that from words that were said prior to this trial and now we’re sitting here scratching our heads wondering where taxpayer dollars are going,” Habba said.
